Welcome to Rival Fusion!
Congratulations on your commitment to Live Fit with Rival Fusion. You have selected the most powerful fitness and nutrition program available on the web and DVD. Getting and staying healthy is simple but there are no silver bullets, it requires a commitment to consistent exercise, nutrition moderation, and healthy choices. Rival Fusion is a program you will follow for the rest of your life. It is not a short-term solution or a “get thin quick” offering using pills, powders or strange supplements. That’s why we built Rival Fusion - this is how we eat, exercise and live every day.
We started RivalHealth because we are passionate about helping people Live Fit. Our goal was not to create another website diary to track calories or bench press reps. That’s just plain silly – healthy people don’t do that! Our belief is that by showing people what to do for fitness and nutrition each day, then helping them build teams of friends, family and even coworkers, they will be successful over the long run.
Create a team, challenge yourself and others and watch your progress on our easy to use website – It works, so jump in, Live Fit and good luck!
Sincerely,
Pete Durand, CEO | Paul Boyer, COO
How does Rival Fusion work?
- We account for each individual’s capabilities, limitations and objectives.
- We combine strength, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness into comprehensive routines for well-rounded and sustainable health.
- Our nutrition program recommends health food alternatives in a variety of formats and meal plans designed to meet your unique objectives and limitations.
- We recognize that you will occasionally stray from the recommendations but generally stay on the right path. Studies have shown that consistently healthy people don’t count points, calories, reps, weights, minutes, etc – so we don’t expect you to either!
What can you expect?
You can expect to be challenged. We don’t apologize for the fact that exercise is hard work and that eating properly can be difficult for a lot of us. However, we don’t expect you to be perfect –it’s not possible. You will have good days and bad days but with Rival Fusion you will stay on track. Your team is your best support group and our website provides great tips for battling those days when you just don’t feel up to working out or want to jump into a tub of ice cream.
