At RivalHealth we believe frequent exercise and proper nutrition are the common sense principles of a healthy lifestyle. We believe that being healthy is not a goal—it is a way of life. We do not sell or promote pills, powders or miracle products. We help you set milestones that are challenging but do not become derailed when real life happens. Most 30, 60 or 90 day programs fail when the client becomes sick, is injured or has some other distraction.
So what makes RivalHealth different from other companies who claim to help people exercise and eat better?
Customized Programs
Our system is truly customized for each client. Most sites simply spit back a canned set of exercises based on limited information. RivalHealth uses a proprietary database to create a schedule of routines and meal plans customized to address any conditions and help you reach your milestones. You can change your profile at anytime and the system adjusts your routines and meal plans according to your ability to hit your milestones—not the other way around.

No Advertising
We are not supported by advertising. Advertising takes the focus off of our clients (think "eyeballs" and "hits"). No irritating ads, no hassle—just first rate content.

The Most Motivating Videos
We create our own content so we can show you how to reach your goals without links to cheesy push up videos on the web. We have developed our own HD-Video routines that are challenging, paced and can be done at home or the gym. You can view them on our website or on DVD—your choice. We will show you a variety of foods to eat and have created HD-Video cooking shows that feature meals most of us would eat, not something found in a French bistro that we would never make for our family for breakfast, lunch and dinner (and even snacks!).

No Counting Points Required!
Finally, the best part: our system is designed so you don't have to do any data entry if you don't want to! You simply sign up, submit as much information as you desire in your profile and set your milestones…leave the rest to us! No daily diary entries, no calorie counting, no points, and you don't have to remember how many sit ups you did. The whole point of our system is that after a short period of time, you don't need to track this data—you will have learned the right behaviors!
