Our registration questionnaire gets most of the big questions out of the way, but our (or your existing) HRA and/or biometric screen can also be leveraged to further personalize the program. Our patent-pending RivalRating is a fun and engaging assessment used to complement annual screenings; it’s a simple number we can relate to our everyday lives.

We don’t just track what someone did, we show them what to do! Once we understand where each employee is, we "meet them where they are" and show them how to improve. You receive a daily plan with prescribed exercise routines, meal plans, recipes, and sleep and stress management guidance. Those with serious conditions engage with health coaches onsite and online. Fully integrated teams, challenges, and social components drive engagement and build a support network.  You also receive three friends and family accounts so that the support network extends outside of the workplace.
