Day 2 With my Rival Fusion Fitness plan
Healthy eating is what I am most worried about as I continue my mission. I know I can definitely exercise - I've done it before - but I will really need to put in some effort in order to make healthy food choices all of the time. I know that in order for me to meet my goals though, proper nutrition will be very important. I like to look at it like this: my body is a machine and I want to fuel it with food that will make me feel energized and ready to take on all of the day-to-day challenges.
With that in mind, I tried something a little different for breakfast this morning: a delicious and nutritious smoothie. Arguably the most important meal of the day is breakfast and this smoothie gives me the energy I need to get my day started right.
Just in case you missed it, here is the recipe for my healthy breakfast: apples, pears, frozen blueberries, chia seeds, almond milk, a banana and kale. Try it and let me know what you think!
