To provide the most personalized and effective solution to each individual, we need to find out what they’ve been doing, where they want to go, and what they need to stay away from along the way. Our registration questionnaire gets most of the big questions out of the way, but our (or your existing) HRA and/or biometric screen can also be leveraged to further personalize the program. Our patent-pending RivalRating is a fun and engaging assessment used to complement annual screenings; it’s a simple number we can relate to our everyday lives.
